Privacy policy
Last updated: April 28,2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Danylo Hennadiiovych Dubrovskyi, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine ("Yup", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Yup mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service").
Yup is a family productivity app that helps parents and guardians create missions, tasks, coins, rewards, and family routines for children. Yup is intended primarily for parents and guardians, not as a stand-alone service for children. Because Yup may be used by children through parent-managed profiles, we design the Service to collect only the information we need, give parents control, and avoid advertising-based child tracking.
If you are a parent or legal guardian, please read this Privacy Policy together with our `COPPA_GDPRK_Notice.md`.

If we ever want to disclose children's personal information to third parties for targeted advertising or similar purposes, we will first obtain any separate parent consent required by law.
Yup may use service providers reasonably necessary to operate the website and app, such as app stores, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, payment processors, and support tools. Review personal information collected from their child.
Correct or update their child's information.
Delete a child profile or account data.
Withdraw consent for further collection or use of their child's information.

Parent account data is kept while the account is active.
Child profile data is kept while the family account or child profile is active.
Deleted account or profile data is removed from active systems within 30 days, unless we need to keep limited information for legal, security, backup, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Backups are deleted or overwritten on a regular schedule, usually within 90 days.
