2. App Notices

Yup is a family task, mission, coins, and reward-management app directed primarily to parents and guardians. Yup is not an emergency service, safety monitoring service, medical service, mental health service, education provider, childcare provider, or financial service. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for choosing safe, age-appropriate tasks and rewards for their children. Yup coins, points, streaks, badges, and similar features are for motivation only and have no cash value unless Yup clearly states otherwise.

4. Trademarks

"Yup", the Yup logo, and related names, graphics, and product identifiers are trademarks or trade dress of Danylo Hennadiiovych Dubrovskyi or used under license. Apple, App Store, iPhone, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google, Google Play, Android, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names, brands, and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners.

5. App Store Notices

If you downloaded Yup from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the app store's terms may also apply. Purchases, refunds, subscription cancellation, and billing may be handled by the app store. Apple App Store terms and Google Play terms may apply in addition to these notices and are available through the relevant app store at the time of download or purchase.

6. Third-Party Services

Yup may use third-party services to operate and improve the app, such as:

  • Cloud hosting and database providers.

  • Authentication providers.

  • Analytics and crash reporting tools.

  • Push notification providers.

  • Payment processors and app stores.

  • Customer support tools.

  • Email delivery providers.

As of the Last updated date, the public website is live and the mobile app is in pre-launch / coming soon status. Material third-party service providers used in the live app will be listed here and in the Privacy Policy as they are enabled in production.

7. Open-Source Software

Yup may include open-source software. Open-source components are licensed by their respective owners under their own license terms. The final open-source notice list should be generated from the actual production dependencies before or at release.

8. Fonts, Icons, and Media

Yup may use fonts, icons, illustrations, sounds, or other media licensed from third parties.
